Taylor Ralph is the Founder and President of REAL Building Consultants, LLC—an award-winning sustainable real estate consulting firm. REAL specializes in helping clients—institutional, publicly traded and private companies/non-profits of all types—develop responsible, efficient and healthy buildings, developments and real estate portfolios.
Prior to founding REAL Building Consultants, Taylor was co-founder and Vice President of REAL Building Group—a residential and small-commercial design/build firm specializing in high-performance and sustainable projects where he helped develop various innovative LEED Platinum and net-zero energy and water projects throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Taylor earned a Master of International Business from University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, where he studied sustainable business strategy. Prior to that he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with a minor in Business at the University of Florida.
Taylor is the current ULI Tampa Bay Sustainability Committee Chair, Chair of USGBC Florida Gulf Coast, and Board Member of USGBC Florida and Tampa Bay Mobility Alliance, and is a proud University of Tampa Board of Fellows member. He was selected as one of the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Up & Comers/40 under 40 in 2015.
